Stolen tools
On Oct. 29, at about 11 a.m., about $4,230 worth of tools were stolen from a house under construction on Sawyer Street.
Slashed tires
On Oct. 30, at about 9:30 a.m., someone slashed three tires on a car on Cypress Street.
Damaged mailbox
On Oct. 30, at about 7 p.m., a mailbox on Herbert Drive was damaged.
Fireworks
On Oct. 31, at about 7 p.m., a group on Peterson Field was found with fireworks.

John K. Sinclair, 32, Peavey Avenue, Windham, was arrested on Route 114 on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for endangering the welfare of a child.

Mark D. Chubbuck, 41, Townhouse Road, Kenduskeag, was arrested on Sweetbrier Lane on charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicle, possession of cocaine, violation of bail, possession of stolen property and refusal to submit to arrest.
Charles R. Richards, 35, Somerset Street, Millinocket, was arrested on Sweetbrier Lane on charges of eluding, operating under the influence, operating after suspension, possession of cocaine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to arrest and warrant charges, probation revocation, failing to pay fine for refusing to sign, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and failing to appear for refusing to submit.
