Vehicle burglary I

On Oct. 25, at about 5:38 a.m., a resident of the Mountain View Park area reported a motor vehicle burglary. Missing from the vehicle were a Seiko watch with turquoise jewels and gold band valued at $200, a cell phone charger and a cassette adapter for an iPod.

Vehicle burglary II

On Oct. 28, at about 10:04 a.m., an officer met with a resident of the Mountain View Park area regarding a motor vehicle burglary. An iPod was missing from the vehicle.

Counterfeit cash

On Oct. 28, at about 3:30 p.m., an officer met with a local business representative regarding two possible counterfeit bills. A suspect has been identified and the case is under further investigation.

Options advised

On Oct. 29, at about 6 p.m., officers investigated a domestic dispute in the Shore Road area. The parties were contacted and advised about options.

Stolen vehicle

On Oct. 29, at about 8:29 p.m., an officer met with a resident of the Shore Road area regarding a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered in Portland.

Halloween havoc

On Nov. 1, at about 6:14 a.m., a resident of Two Lights Road reported his mailbox had been smashed and license plates from his wife’s and son’s cars had been tampered with. Earlier that night, at about 12:49 a.m., officers traveling down Two Lights Road discovered mailboxes with numbers 24, 58, 90 and 110 had been smashed. The stop sign at the intersection of Two Lights Road and Wheeler Road had been knocked over, as well.

Oct. 31

Daniel Gilmore, 19, Middle Road, Woolwich, was issued a summons on Route 77 for possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of liquor.

Joshua Nimon, 25, Oak Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 for operating after suspension.

Nov. 1

Shaw Sprague, 56, Charles E. Jordan Road, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue for failing to produce proof of insurance.

Zachary Hanna, 18, Two Lights Road, was issued a summons at Cape Elizabeth High School for illegal possession of liquor by consumption.

Zachary Bergman, 18, Orchard Road, was issued a summons at Cape Elizabeth High School for illegal possession of alcohol by consumption.

Nov. 2

Joseph Zucchero, 49, Ridge Road, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for operating without a seatbelt.

A 16-year-old-female, South Portland, was issued a summons on Fowler Road for violation of an interim license.

Nov. 3

A 15-year-old-male, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue for refusing to submit to arrest.

Nov. 4

Louise Trout, 34, Fickett Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road for failing to produce license.

Andrew Tukey, 23, Old Fairgrounds Road, Readfield, was issued a summons on Mitchell Road for speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Peder Ashley, 45, Ocean House Road, was issued a summons on Route 77 for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A 17-year-old male, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 for speeding 67 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Nov. 5

Patrick Mouton, 27, Deepwood Drive, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 for operating under the influence.

Arrests

Oct. 31

Joshua Nimon, 25, 51 Oak St., Portland, was arrested on Ocean House Road on charges of operating after suspension.

Nov. 11

Patrick Moulton, 27, 69 Deepwood Drive, Portland, was arrested on Route 77 on charges of operating under the influence.

Fire and Rescue

Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad responded to five calls between Oct. 31 and Nov. 5. Three patients were transported to Maine Medical Center and two were transported to Mercy Hospital.

The Cape Elizabeth Fire Department responded to a report of a water problem on Ocean House Road at 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 31; a smoke detector activation on High View Road at 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 2′ and a street box malfunction in South Portland at 3:01 a.m. on Nov. 11.
