A “Drug Awareness Session,” sponsored by the Windham Parent Teacher Association and Windham Police Department is being held Wednesday, Nov. 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Windham High School Auditorium.

The parent teacher association, Community Services Officer Matthew Cyr and other law enforcement officers will present information on the current teen drug culture in Windham. Our hope is to educate parents on what they need to be aware of regarding: common drugs, what the town and school are providing as alternatives, what physical attributes children exhibit if under the influence, where drugs are concealed and advice on parenting skills.

“DARE” to converse, time to listen. Attend this session to show your support of no tolerance to drugs in our community.
