Chain yanked
On Oct. 22, at about 6:20 p.m., a ranger at Fort Williams Park reported a security chain and lock missing from one of the park’s gates.
Bicycle recovery
On Oct. 23, at about 5:30 p.m., a bicycle was recovered from a path at the intersection of Cottage Farms Road and Woodland Road. The bicycle, a red 21-speed, was tagged and is being stored at the station.
Pellet punctures
On Oct. 23, at about 8:18 p.m., a resident of the Sherwood Forest area complained about a criminal mischief incident. The resident had discovered a hole in one of the front windows that may have been caused by a BB pellet.
Vehicle burglary I
On Oct. 25, at about 7:05 a.m., an officer spoke with a resident of the Mountain View Park area regarding a motor vehicle burglary. Missing from the vehicle was an electric razor.
Vehicle burglary II
On Oct. 25, at about 9:06 a.m., an officer spoke with a resident of the Sherwood Forest area regarding a motor vehicle burglary. Missing from the vehicle were floor mats, a black windbreaker with a Boston Red Sox logo, a box set of ’60s music CDs and about $25 in change from the glove department.
Vehicle burglary III
On Oct. 26, at about 6:30 p.m., an officer spoke with two residents of the Sherwood Forest area regarding motor vehicle burglaries. Missing were a pair of sunglasses, a cassette recorder, a wallet and loose change.

Michael Difusco, 22, 54 Cottage Farms Road, was issued a summons on Shore Road for possession of marijuana.
Oct. 25
A 16-year-old male, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 for failing to stop for a stop sign.
Oct. 26
Chiara Liberatore, 31, 294 Brackett St., Portland, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road for speeding 36 mph in a 15 mph zone.
A 17-year-old male, New Hampshire, was issued a summons on Woodland Road for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Oct. 27
Stephanie Schell, 36, Ironclad Road, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road for speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Oct. 29
Arthur Jones, 38, 27 Ocean View Road, was issued a summons on Shore Road for failing to provide proof of insurance.

Oct. 24
Nicholas James O’Brien, 27, 15 Imperial Lane, Scarborough, was arrested on Longfellow Drive on charges for a warrant for criminal mischief, theft of services and operating after habitual offender revocation.

The Cape Rescue squad responded to seven calls between Oct. 24 and Oct. 30. All patients were transported to Maine Medical Center.
