This stone in the Fort Hill Cemetery marks the burial site of a Joseph Hamblen, who died at 69 on Oct. 21, 1832, 174 years ago Saturday. His wife, Polly, is also at the historic cemetery, where many of the early settlers who lived in the fort are buried.
