Destroyed table

On Oct. 1, at about midnight, a town-owned picnic table was flipped over and destroyed on Seavey’s Landing Road.

Lost and Found

On Oct. 2, at about 1 p.m., a purse was found on Bridges Drive. It’s being held at the police department.

On Oct. 2, at about 5 p.m., a blue children’s bike with hand brakes was found at the Pleasant Hill Road fire station.

Oct. 2

Lawrence C. DiPietro, 40, of DiPietro Drive, Freeport, was arrested on East Grand Avenue on a charge of terrorizing.

Oct. 3

Kevin C. Guillemette, 36, of Phillips Town Lane, Sanford ,was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear on a charge of theft.

Oct. 4

Angela M. Linehan, 29, of Mitchell Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Holmes Road on charges of operating after suspension and violation of bail.

Summonses

Oct. 1

Bernard J. McBean., 29, of Gorham Road, South Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road for criminal speeding.

A juvenile, 17, of Pleasant Hill Road, was issued a summons on Route 1 for operating motor vehicle on interim license between 12 a.m.-5 a.m. and carrying passengers beyond interim-license restriction.

Savannah Getchius, 20, of Seavey’s Landing Road, was issued a summons on Route 1 for speeding 10 to 14 mph over the limit.

Lawrence C.DiPietro, 40, of DiPietro Drive, Freeport, was issued a summons on East Grand Avenue for sale and or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Jason D. Harkins, 31, of Limerick, was issued a summons on I-295 for speeding 25-29 mph over the limit.

Tammy A. Mastera, 39, of Clarks Mills Road, Dayton, was issued a summons at Hillside Lumber for negotiating worthless instrument.

Nathan B. Obara, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons on Route 1 for failing to stop at stop sign.

Christopher V. Marcisso, 20, of Craigie Street, Portland, was issued a summons on I-295 for speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.
