Portland Water District Board of Trustees President Charles Hamblen presents Brendan Koza, of Raymond, with the DiPietro Memorial Scholarship. Koza is the 2006 recipient of the $1,500 DiPietro Memorial Scholarship, given out annually by the water district. Koza plans to study construction technology at Southern Maine Community College and ultimately own an environmentally conscious construction company in the Sebago Lake area. The Joseph A.
