The banner at the Sigma Nu frat house on School Street in Gorham Village welcomes the class of 2010 to the campus at the University of Southern Maine this week. Samuel McLellan, a carpenter, built the historic mansion in 1812. His son, Lewis McLellan, later added the third story and the cupola.
