Stolen scooters
On July 24 at about 4:30 p.m., a resident on Pearl Street reported the theft of two razor scooters, one orange scooter with red wheels and one blue scooter with red wheels.
Stolen check
On July 24 at about 4:30 p.m., a resident on Blueberry Lane reported the theft of a $250 check from the mailbox. Later, someone attempted to cash the check at Gorham Savings Bank in Gorham.
Burgled mail
On July 26 at 5:15 p.m., a resident on Winnocks Neck Road reported mail being stolen from a mailbox. It was later found farther down the road.
Sign theft
On July 27 at about 9 a.m., several magnetic signs were stolen from construction vehicles at the high school. Two larger signs were also stolen for a total of $1,500.
Big fish
On July 29 at about 5 p.m., police were called for a fishing complaint on Pillsbury Drive. All fish were of regulation size.

William F. McIntosh, 34, Colin Kelley Road, South Portland, was arrested on Colin Kelley Road on a warrant charge of failing to appear for criminal mischief.
Molly J. Geldard, 22, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for criminal mischief.
Christopher L. Hallee, 24, of Liberty Lane, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating after suspension.
July 25
Ryan M. Petit, 20, of Old Orchard Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating under the influence.
Lawrence C. DiPietro, 40, of Marion Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 9 on a charge of probation violation.
Bernard A. Davis, 48, address unavailable, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of possession of cocaine with prior, aggravated trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carol E. Baird, 44, of Washington Street, Augusta, was arrested on Route 1 on charges of aggravated trafficking, giving a false name and date of birth to an officer, operating after suspension, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chad R. Grover, 25, of Milliken Mills Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 on a warrant charge of theft.

Peter W. Comeau, 48, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for operating after suspension and failing to give correct name.
Toby E. Vosmus, 21, of Durham Road, New Gloucester, was arrested on Bayview Avenue for violation of conditional release.

James G. Kingsbury, 28, of Elmwood Avenue, Scarborough, was arrested on Elmwood Avenue on a warrant charge of failing to appear for habitual offender and failure to pay a fine for failing to register motor vehicle.
Susan Montgomery, 36, of Old Orchard Road, Saco, was arrested on two warrant charges of failing to appear for charges of operating without a license and operating with a suspended registration.
Matthew G. Marchegiani, 20, of North Andover, Mass., was arrested on King Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.
July 29
Nicholas E. Claxton, 23, of State Street, Portland, was arrested on Pearl Street on a charge of possession of a suspended license.
Carlos Roman, 46, of Burnham Road, Scarborough, was arrested in South Portland on a warrant charge of operating a vehicle with expired license.
Michelle L. Mendoza, 26, of Holm Avenue, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay a fine for operating under the influence.
Sergey V. Filiok, 24, of High Street, Portland, was arrested at Sam’s Club on charges of operating after suspension (operating under the influence) and violation of conditional release.
