Burgled garage
On July 16 at about 11 a.m., a resident at 17 Minuteman Drive reported that an $80 lawn trimmer and edger was stolen from the garage. The garage doors were not closed the night before the theft was noticed.
Campground assault
Georgina Randall, 38, of Pembroke, Mass., was arrested and charged with assault at 1:40 a.m. at Bayley’s Campground. According to the Scarborough Police, officers were called after a fight broke out between Randall and her boyfriend.
Trapped driver
On July 20 at 8:30 p.m., a driver was trapped in his car after an accident at the Beech Ridge Speedway on Holmes Road. After the fire department cut him out of the car, he was taken to Maine Medical Center.
Burgled mailbox
On July 22 at 10:45 a.m., a resident at 80 Burnham Road reported a stolen birth certificate. The certificate was in the mailbox and went missing before the mail carrier arrived.

July 17
Eric R. Connell, 20, of Steves Avenue, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating after suspension.
Timothy A. Kelley, 28, of Bradstreet Lane, Limington, was arrested at the Hannaford warehouse on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating after suspension.
Ashley A. Boudreau, 18, of King Street, Biddeford, was arrested at 10 King St., Biddeford on a warrant charge of violation of bail and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
Nicholas E. Reid, 23, of Emery Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road on a warrant charge of assault/disorderly-Biddeford, possession of a concealed weapon, violation of bail, trafficking in dangerous knives and a warrant charge of disorderly conduct-Biddeford.
Jason M. Wilson, 29, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested on Black Point Road on a warrant charge of fugitive from justice – Ohio.
Trey J. Gadbois, 21, of Spring Street, Portland, was arrested on I-295 on charges of habitual offender, failure to stop for a police officer and violation of bail.
July 18
Mohamed M. Abdi, 21, of Riverton Drive, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating without a license.
Kenneth L. Agostinelli, 45, of Pine Point Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Route 1 and Cascade Road on a warrant charge of fugitive from justice – New Jersey.
July 19
James E. Earles, 42, of Wordsworth Street, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge of eluding an officer, failing to stop for an officer and aggravated criminal mischief.
Kelvin Williams, 42, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to appear for operating a vehicle without a license.
July 20
Paul H. Whitten, 50, of Woodmere Road, Portland, was arrested at Auburn Cement, Westbrook, on three warrant charges of revocation of probation.
Georgina J. Randall, 38, of Pembroke, Mass., was arrested at Bayley’s Campground on two charges of assault.

Keith R. Mercer, 18, of Broadturn Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Spruce Circle for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
Jason V. Plata, 26, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 207 for failing to stop at stop sign.

Tamra J. Gagnon, 39, of Saco Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Route 114 for operating on a suspended registration and operating after suspension.
July 22
Timothy D. Tracy, 29, of Roger Road, South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 207 and Route 1 for failing to display current/valid inspection and failing to stop for a red light.
July 23
David A. Cray, 33, of Stone Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons on Route 1 for failing to display current/valid inspection.
