Stephen B. Barlow, 58, of Arundel, probation violated for aggravated assault on Oct. 15, 2000 in Old Orchard Beach and was sentenced to Department of Corrections 15 months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Timothy Harmon, 36, of Scarborough, was found guilty on two charges of assault on June 8, 2004 in Saco and was sentenced to York County Jail 180 days all suspended, probation one year.

John T. Sloan, 52, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence on Sept. 25, 2005 in Buxton and was fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Leon J. Sutton, 24, of Scarborough, was found guilty on a charge of assault on Aug. 27, 2005 in Biddeford and was fined $300 and was sentenced to York County Jail nine months all but 48 hours suspended, probation two years.
