Maggie and Lew Krainin of Krainin Real Estate are pleased to announce Krainin Real Estate’s 30th anniversary in March 2006.

Maggie Krainin was licensed in June 1973 at the Spurwink Agency in Raymond, and shortly thereafter had the opportunity to represent several Frye Island property owners for their sales and rentals. When Frye Island owners took over management of the Island from the developer in 1976, she started Krainin Real Estate for the island dwellers and was the Frye Island office manager and broker through 1981.

In 1981, Krainin Real Estate expanded to Raymond, and in 2002 added the Naples office. The agency now includes 21 active brokers and sales agents, including three on Frye Island, plus a staff of 10 to handle more than 300 vacation rentals.

Krainin Real Estate is proud to be a locally owned and operated, independent real estate agency.

“It has been a wonderful experience serving the Lakes Region community and providing happy vacation times for so many people over the last 30 years,” says Krainin. “We hope to be here for as least as many more, and continue to grow along with the Sebago Lake region.”
