PROP will be taking applications at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, on the right hand side of Roosevelt Trail, in Windham, beyond Papa’s Restaurant, on November 14 through November 17, from 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Bring your Social Security number, rent receipt if you rent, proof of income for the past three months (or past year), fuel supplier and account number, and an electric bill.
