At. 1 p.m. Saturday at the Windham Town Offices, Sen. Bill Diamond and Rep. Gary Plummer are holding a community forum on the state’s “circuit breaker” program.

The circuit breaker program grants refunds of property taxes and rent payments to eligible residents. The eligibility for home owners has been increased for residents and families with incomes under $100,000. A representative from the Maine Revenue Service will be on hand to answer questions as well.

Those interested should bring last year’s tax information and this year’s tax bill or rent receipt.
