A walk-in site will be open at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13 for priority clients seeking fuel and rental assistance, specifically people age 60 and over and households with children under 24 months. All others can come to the church Nov. 14 through 17 at the same times for help with filing claims.

For homebound clients, call 854-2988. For self-employed, call 854-2988 x32 to schedule an appointment.

On the day you apply, bring: Proof of income for all household members, for either the last 3 months or 12 months; date of birth and Social Security numbers for all household members, a current electric bill, telephone bill, and account number for your fuel company; if you’re a renter bring your landlord’s name, address, phone number and a current rent receipt.
