Back Cove Yachts, sister company to Sabre Yachts located in Raymond has made an offer to purchase the former Nautica warehouse and manufacturing facility located in Rockland. Jeffrey Baker, Chief Operating Officer of North End Composites/Back Cove Yachts stated that the offer was contingent upon the property and building passing the inspection process, which is currently underway.

Baker further commented that the acquisition is a positive move for Sabre Yachts, as it will allow Sabre to continue strengthening it operations at the Raymond facility. The ability to continue moving forward with expanded manufacturing operations in Raymond is a commitment that Sabre and its associates feel very strongly about.
