Here’s part of the future Class of 1955, at the John A. Andrew School in 1946 – about grade 4. The rest of the class attended other schools in Windham, nearer their homes. The whole class finally was merged at the junior high school level. On August 14 this summer, a 50th Class reunion will be held and many of these youngsters will be recalling old school days.
