Man earns Windsor Fair achievement award for decades of horse pulling

‘It was a surprise and something I didn’t expect,’ says Steve Haskell on the final day of this year’s fair.

Police say the death is not considered suspicious, but many police officers responded when the call came in around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.

The 1910 tower, from the Weeks Mills Waterworks, will be part of the Windsor Historical Society exhibits at the fair.
