Almost all of the 23 victims of the attack on Friday died when two missiles slammed into an apartment building in Uman.

The incident comes a day after Russia fired more than 20 cruise missiles and two drones at Ukraine, killing at least 23 people.

The missile attacks included the first 1 against Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, in nearly 2 months, although there were no reports of any targets hit.

Ukrainian officials say a Russian missile has hit a museum building in the north of the country, killing at least 2 and wounding 10 other people.

Russian news reports also claimed Monday that a Ukrainian exploding drone was found in a forest about 19 miles east of the Russian capital.

The ministry said an investigation was underway but did not elaborate on the details of the weapon, which military experts said likely was a powerful 1,100-pound bomb.
