TOPSHAM — Adam Caesar and Raichel Brown were married in a candlelight ceremony, surrounded by their families, on Christmas Eve, 2013. The bride is the daughter of the late Lisa Young of Massachusetts. Adam is the son of Lee M. Caesar of Topsham and the late Lee E. Caesar. The couple resides in Saco.
