Federal agents, local police seize drugs, arrest Old Orchard Beach resident
Fentanyl, cocaine, and handguns were seized as a search warrant was executed at the residence of Franklin Salcedo, agents said. Assisting the U.S. DEA were Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough police and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
