Sanford man charged in hit-and-run death

William George, who is accused of hitting John Mullin on July 4 in Limerick, was arrested Wednesday night.

Jesse Roy, 37, was arrested in 2014 after his roommates reported being threatened by him and police found heroin, cash and a gun.

Police have yet to determine whether the suspects were connected with last week’s six overdoses in Sanford.
