Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created the series in Dover, New Hampshire. The negatives for that first comic, printed in 1984, have surfaced and the owner, a Colorado collector, came to Biddeford In September to look around.

Drug trafficker sentenced to 15 years in federal prison
According to a news release from the U.S Attorney’s Office, Hunter York, who pled guilty to trafficking and firearms charges in March, distributed cocaine and fentanyl to a Saco resident, who fatally overdosed.
