Pandemic disrupts Pownal’s plans to bring back Pumpkin Fest
This year, Pownal officials and residents have worked to foster more community spirit in the town, with a Twelfth Night celebration in January and an event to make Valentine’s Day cards for a local business owner in February. Recent plans for a spring festival this month and a fall festival in October have been put on hold.
