New barbecue restaurant coming to Portland’s West Bayside

The founders of Ri Ra’s Irish Pub are opening a new restaurant that will feature Eastern North Carolina-style barbecue.

The popular Portland neighborhood restaurant needs to expand and add more equipment, the chef/owner says.

Portlanders said goodbye to Silly’s and Brian Ború, and welcomed back the Crooked Mile Café.
