The contrract provides new starting wages and increases across all experience levels, according to the school district.

Up to four food vendors will be able set up on the lot on weekends, when the garage is closed, and up to two on weekdays, said owner Mark Boynton.

O’Brien, who grew up in Wells, worked his way up through the ranks and was appointed as the department’s second in command this spring.
