Copley pleads not guilty to murder charge
York County Jail corrections staff led Robert D. Copley Jr., 22, into York County Superior Court Thursday afternoon. Copley is charged with murder in connection with the death of Frances Moulton, 26, whose remains were found in a Lebanon well in June, three years after she disappeared.
