The newly released hostages included 3 women and 9 children – including 3-year-old twin girls and their mother – from a kibbutz near Gaza that was hard hit in Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack.

Late Monday, 11 Israelis were released to the International Committee of the Red Cross and 33 Palestinians were returned to their families in the occupied West Bank.

The president described the negotiations as a day-by-day, hour-by-hour process and said he would continue working until all hostages were free.
