Hampden man accused of killing sister-in-law missed court appearance on trespass order

Court documents say Philip Clark and the victim both lived in the building and their apartments were connected by a door to a common hallway.

The alleged assailant, a 38-year-old Hampden woman, was arrested and charged with attempted murder.
