People are still mourning the deaths of six young adults while the city looks for a regulatory answer.

District Attorney Stephanie Anderson offers no details, but she’s been pursuing a manslaughter case against Gregory Nisbet in the blaze at 20-24 Noyes St. that killed six last year.

The district attorney says Gregory Nisbet will be prosecuted in the Noyes Street tragedy unless he agrees to a plea deal.

Gregory Nisbet, owner of the apartment building on Noyes Street where six died in a November fire, has complied with a court order for his Dartmouth Street building.
