FALMOUTH — The Town Council has created a survey for residents to assist in prioritizing the municipal budget for fiscal year 2011. The survey is available on the town’s Web site, town.falmouth.me.us, or in print on the first floor of Town Hall, 271 Falmouth Road. The deadline to return the survey is Thursday, Feb. 4.
