Meet the Maine Mr. Baseball, Miss Softball finalists

Ten baseball players and eight softball players in the running for awards given to the state’s top senior players.

The Navigators take down Camden Hills 5-0 in both matches, winning their 15th boys championship and 17th girls title.

The Hawks join the top five and Falmouth joins the rankings.

The Eagles are one of two teams to move up, while the top four remains the same.

Camden Hills finally gets long-sought regional victory over Brunswick; Falmouth, Lincoln Academy and Maranacook also win.

Yarmouth rolls again in Class B South, while Falmouth, Camden Hills and Waynflete also advance to Wednesday’s championship matches.

Falmouth is looking to cap a perfect season, but there’s parity throughout Class A.

The Falmouth Navigators are still on top, but there’s a lot of movement behind them in this week’s rankings.

A couple big wins propel the 6-4 Rams into the the top 10.

The Eagles and Stags each move up three spots, to fourth and fifth, respectively.
