Cumberland County Jail builds new medical wing with federal pandemic funds

The nearly $10 million project is an upgrade from the old medical wing, which didn’t have a dedicated dentist’s office or pharmacy.

A 23-year-old is facing kidnapping charges related to the weeklong disappearance of the 13-year-old, who was found safe Tuesday night.
