Biddeford council to foreclose on lot near proposed Diamond Match development
Property taxes have not been paid on the vacant parcel for a decade. If the city acquires the land, it would be turned over to the developer. Part of the overall agreement would see One Diamond Development LLC install a bike path and RiverWalk.
