The Szanton Company withdraws its plans for Dunham Court in the face of an upcoming referendum to repeal zoning amendments allowing it to be building in the town center.
Date of Cape vote on zoning amendment repeal to be decided Dec. 13
The Town Council will decide whether to hold the referendum at a special election or wait or the general election next November.
