Suspect in Canaan, Pittsfield motorcycle chase turns himself in to police

Clarence I. Rider, the suspect in a high-speed motorcycle chase on Sunday, turned himself into Pittsfield police, Somerset County Chief Deputy Mike Mitchell said on Wednesday.
