Gorham Town Councilor Calvin Hamblen hoped that the council Tuesday (June 6) would reconsider the fiscal year budget approved last month. The council convened at 7 p.m., which was after the American Journal deadline. Hamblen declined to comment in a telephone interview on Tuesday afternoon.
