Gorham Planner Deborah Fossum said the Gorham Planning Board would hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 10, at Gorham High School about an ordinance amendment allowing a transfer of development rights program. Gorham police said last week that they found a local teenage girl who had been missing for nearly 24 hours. Lt.
