Ballot recount next week on Gorham school budget that passed by four votes
The Gorham Republican Committee launched a successful petition drive calling for the recount after the $53.4 million budget passed last week by just four votes.
Westbrook School Committee cuts nearly $719,000 from rejected budget
The revised budget would result in an overall property tax increase of 9.38%.
