Gorham extends White Birch Lane; Gagnon walks, rebukes board
Town Council approved the request to extend access through White Birch Lane to the proposed 391-unit housing development on Robie Street. Councilor Phil Gagnon objected to the council allowing Virginia Wilder Cross to vote on the matter, as she lives on an impacted street.
