Lisbon School Department readies student vaccine clinic

The vaccination clinic will be open Jan. 6-7 at the Lisbon Community School gymnasium.

The food banks and pantries have seen an increase in their clients in the last few months.

The town hall restoration committee is planning fundraising activities and the proceeds from it will be used for the restoration work.

There will be 18 artisans and local guest artists showing and selling their work during the six-day event.

New Hope for Women has changed its name to New Hope Midcoast to show it serves and supports people of any gender, age, race or economic circumstance.

About 85% of Bowdoin students voted in the 2020 Presidential election.

As part of the program, volunteer drivers give free rides to people aged 60 and above who can no longer drive or have some disability.

Local businesses and families can register for a tree space and fill it up with a minimum $500 worth of gifts to be raffled off.

The town will host a public forum from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., Nov. 16 at Bowdoinham Community School.

The trail will be closed to the public while under repair.
