The Leavitt Area High School graduate, who died Tuesday from injuries he suffered Monday while operating a piece of farm equipment, is being remembered for his athletic skills and as ‘a special kind of kid.’

Turner man badly injured in manure pit accident at Nezinscot Farm
Turner Rescue Chief Lisa Bennett said the man, who she declined to identify, was taken to the Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston after the skid-steer he was operating fell into a liquid manure pit.
