It took the better part of two years for authorities to realize Celeste Doghmi has been missing since mid-2021. Originally from Germany and estranged from much of her family and friends, it wasn’t until May that any suspicion arose.

Police: Waterville man hospitalized after leading officers on multicounty chase in stolen fuel truck
