Norridgewock home where 46 shih tzus were seized had prior complaints, affidavit shows
An Oct. 24 search of the property revealed 48 dogs, including 46 that were white or tan shih tzus, and five cats, all of which were seized by the state, according to Maine’s animal seizure identification log.
