The Town Council will decide next month whether to send a bond of up to $13 million for the project to voters in the fall.

Drew is the night reporter for the Portland Press Herald. He previously covered South Portland, Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth for the Sentry, Leader and Southern Forecaster.
