Officials say they got no response to their letter listing 19 code violations at apartments where six people recently suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.

A city inspection of the apartment at 188 Dartmouth St. in Portland found that many of the code deficiencies noted in an earlier inspection weren’t addressed.
