Charles H. Casey Jr., 39, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in Portland. Casey was arrested June 17 by Saco officers after he fired a Taurus .22-caliber handgun inside his apartment on Washington Avenue.

Debra “Debbie” Dockham, 57, was pronounced dead at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after she was pulled from the Piscataqua River on Thursday.
