Falmouth police and the Portland harbormaster find the man and his companion while checking for drunken boaters.

KENNEBUNKPORT — Rescue workers are transporting a man to the hospital after he fell from the third story roof of a home on South Main Street in Kennebunkport, authorities said. The incident happened at 1:30 p.m. There were no other details, including the extent of the man’s injuries, immediately available.

A crash had slowed northbound traffic early in the afternoon.

Said Abdullahi, who lists no home address, took $39 from a man at the corner of State and Pine streets on Wednesday night, police said.

The rain is a factor in a series of crashes, including one in which a northbound car apparently hit a cement block in the roadway on Tukey’s Bridge in Portland, police said.
