Richard Bellitieri may have been missing for a year before his skeletal remains were found near his home, police say.

Police blocked off the area and had detained the person who allegedly had the gun.

The item, found at the corner of Pine and State streets, is determined not to be explosive.

The woman, 30, had been put under medical observation Tuesday because of seizures.

John MacKay, 52, had been in critical condition at Maine Medical Center with a brain injury following the accident in Casco over the weekend.

Shanti Fray, 25, of 22 Cutts St. and the Bronx, is arrested on charges of aggravated drug trafficking.
