WINDHAM — Windham scored three runs in the seventh inning, including a walk-off sacrifice fly by Dylan Koza, to overcome Noble for a 7-6 victory Wednesday in an SMAA baseball game.

Trailing 6-4 entering the bottom of the seventh, Mitchell Eskilson singled home Tanner Bernier and pinch-runner Cole Sheets tied it on a balk by Owen Bick. Eskilson then scored on the sacrifice fly.

Eskilson recorded three singles, and Tim Greenlaw added two singles and a double for Windham (2-0).

Bryce Afthim pitched the seventh inning and picked up the win against the Knights (0-2).

OCEANSIDE 7, MEDOMAK VALLEY 3: The Mariners put together five straight hits for a four-run second inning and won an opener at Waldoboro.

Jacob Bartlett had three singles with a pair of RBI and scored twice for Oceanside, which scored in its first three at-bats. Titus Kaewthong added a pair of hits.

Isaac Eutsler had a pair of singles and two RBI for Medomak Valley.

Logan Sheridan of the Mariners allowed six hits and struck out eight.

KENNEBUNK 7, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 5: Ryan Coughlin and Eric Aiken lined back-to-back RBI singles with two outs in the fourth inning as the Rams (1-0) grabbed the lead for good against the Patriots (1-1) at Gray.

Coughlin and Derek Smith had a pair of hits each for Kennebunk.

Daulton Cortell had two singles for Gray-New Gloucester.

BOYS’ LACROSSE

PORTLAND 18, NOBLE 2: Five players had three goals each for the Bulldogs (2-0), who took a 12-1 halftime lead and defeated the Knights (0-1) at Portland.

Drake McGhie, Robert Nolan, Charlie Kovarik, Wes Bryan and Reilly O’Brien scored three goals apiece for Portland.
